BCDOG is a regional planning agency that serves the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester counties. One of 10 regional planning councils in South Carolina, BCDCOG offers a wide variety of planning, administrative, economic development and social services in to help the region grow in a positive way.

Through its Regional Transportation Hub website, BCDCOG offers the public, elected officials, government staff and professional contractors a useful resource and comprehensive overview of transportation infrastructure development in the region.
